Sort on time, so we went Tabata

20 second sets with 10 second rests in between. We took 2-minute breaks when we switched to the different exercises.
Burpees (with pushup) - 8 sets of 5 reps
Dumbbell Clean & Press - 8 sets of 6 (w/30 lbs)
Swiss Ball Crunches - 8 sets of 8
I really didn't think we would make it through this one. We did. And could barely move.
