Workout
10 Circuits (2 at a time, followed by a 1 min walk)
Air Squats x 10
Feet-up Pushups x 10
Swiss Ball Long Crunch x 10
Pullup Bar Hang x 10 secs
Russian Twist x 10
This went better than I expected, and I only really got light-headed during the last circuit.
